Atlanta | 02.02

I traveled to Atlanta with some of my friends to take a break from the study grind. We ended up discovering the most charming little dives in the city. I am sharing a few of my favorites and some "must go" worthy places. First up, is Piedmont Park. We spent a little bit of the afternoon in the park for a picnic.

The Ponce City Market Place is a historic Sears, Robek Co building. It is a hub for housing food and other shops.

We love fresh flowers, so naturally we had to stop by this little flower shop in the Ponce City Marketplace. The name of the shop is called Twelve.

This is another one of my favorite finds in Atlanta. It is called Citizen Supply. It is a marketplace where local and international vendors sell artesian goods. They change vendors quarterly, so it is always changing. It is a good place to go if you are looking for original pieces.

If you are looking for a yummy coffee in the middle of the day. Look no further than Chrome Yellow Trading Co. I opted for the cappuccino.

The above is a picture of a local Chocolate Shop, Xocolate. These are organic made chocolates are made with two ingredient, cacao and organic cane sugar. They also have some bars with added flavors like peppermint, dried apple or sea salt. If you are vegan, no worries, these chocolates are vegan and gluten free. You can check out their website HERE. This shop is located in Krog Street Market.

I mentioned this Café on Winsome's Instagram the other day. The café is open on Sundays for brunch. It is run by volunteers and all of its proceeds help fund Atlanta's Center for Self Sufficiency. We not only enjoyed a yummy brunch but we also helped a good cause!
